This seems to be an ongoing and widespread problem at the moment - I (and many others) have been unable to bulk relist for over a week along with a whole host of other failures on the site. Either the system is not fit for purpose or it has been hacked and eBay are trying to keep quiet about it whilst they attempt to rectify it. Whatever the cause it is a major irritation compounded by eBays inability to come up with a solution or show any apparent concern.
Like you I am relisting some of my items individually but giving up on trying to get all of my unsold online again - life is too short to spend hours having to compensate for eBays inadequacies. Try contacting (so called) customer service and raising the problem with them - who knows, they may actually give a... (but I doubt it).
