Yet again, i am having issues bulk adding tracking numbers. We regularly get large multi-item orders so i use the bulk tracking tool to add the tracking numbers. On Friday i added tracking numbers to a 40 item order and checked today. All disappeared. Added again and disappeared. Only when i added individually, wasting time, did the tracking numbers finally stick. Then the order moved from shipped on the 24th to shipped on the 28th,
Today, i added tracking numbers to a 40 item order. Once again, they disappeared. Added individually and they are now there but hidden and the order is now awaiting shipment!
I contacted customer service who have absolutley no idea how to deal with anything technical so after 45 minutes on chat, i gave up as they really are useless.
This is not the first time this has happened but for a couple of weeks, i have had no issues until this last week.
Ebay customer service deny any knowledge of an ongoing technical issue, but having been on Ebay for 9 years with thousands of sales, i think i know how to add tracking. Also, the age old argument of clear cookies etc makes no difference as i do that on a weekly basis. Perhaps someone from ebay can help more than customer service
