Ebay packlink bug?

I tried to buy a label after I made a sell

There are was two options collections from UPS and drop-off from DPD, I choose DPD.

Printed label, and next day it didn't scan at DPD drop point.

Next day I got a phone call from DPD delivery asking if I have a parcel for them?

I thought there was some mistake or bug at Ebay packing service that gave me collection label instead of drop-off.

Is it possible to check? Thanks

@evrohachik  This is eBay.com the US site.  We do not use pack link here.

I recommend logging in to the UK site... eBay.co.uk As I know they use Packlink
