On purchasing label through bulk label printer, receive following message:
Labels are billed and tracking is added to orders, but labels have to be reprinted individually. 6th day in a row, no solution. Using fully updated google chrome.

Try a different browser, I use Firefox or Edge on my PC and Laptop or Safari on iPad without issues.

eBay has a good number of servers that serve specific areas, could be the server for your area is having issues.

We have the same issue. We reported it to eBay customer service today. The issue has been happening for a week.
