A very specific issue when relisting in the postcard category:
If the category of the relisted listing is changed from non-topological category to topological category, the entry of the country name in the "Country" Item Specific causes the new Item Specific "Region" to be added to the screen. But there is a delay of varying duration before the "Region" Item Specific pops up. If the user during the delay decides to make entries to the "Theme" (the immediately following item specific on the page), the content of the eventually arriving "Region" Item Specific is spoiled, now containing the "Theme" drop-down options, instead of the proper "Region" drop-down options. I cant recall if the Theme Item Specific is also spoiled. The sequence of events is very confusing and this is the best I can convey them.
Having spent several days relisting some ended listings, updating one by one, I eventually came to recognize that waiting for the Region to populate was necessary, but still sometimes the problem cannot apparently be avoided. This is not only vexing and time-consuming, but it can't be the way the system was intended to work. Whether this phenomenon occurs in other areas of the Item Specifics, I do not know.
