This has been a bug since at least the last eBay app update (for android).
The blue dot in the right normally flags NEW hits on your saved keyword searches.
Once you go through them, the blue dot disappears.
Now it disappears for a second then reappears!
So you cannot tell which saved keyword searches you have already "cleared"!
Please fix!
