Bids/Offers not working on a desktop or laptop.

If you go to bids/offers under the My EBay tab, it is not working, if you are using a desktop or a laptop.

The only way to see only some of the bids is if you set the items per page to 10. If set it to 10, you may see some of your bids, but not all of them. You may see the first page and not see the second, or vice versa.

If you set it to more than 10, you will most likely see none.

This issue has been going on for three days and nothing has been done about it.

I receive my first complaint from a bidding customer yesterday, and who knows how many others have just giving up.

Do you have the same issue if you try another browser?

If not, deleting the browser cache in your original browser may help; if it does not help, try deleting your eBay cookies.

If the problem is with the new Bids/Offers page itself, try this old page instead:

https://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbayBeta&currentpage=MyeBayNextAllBuying

That workaround may not be much help for your potential buyers, though.

Yes, no matter what browser I use and I have also cleared all history and cookies.

Your suggestion worked, but if you make any changes, such as, view just winning bids, just losing bids, or adjust the number of items per page, it stops working.

The main problem is, that the majority of users do not know about this temporary solution and eBay has not fixed it yet.
