Even if you relist an item without best offer, ebay will sneak this in even if you do not. They expect you to sell the item for 1/2 value. eBay has become the most impersional site I know off.
BTW- I cannot do many things on ebay and have to log off then log in again. ebay software is good for say 15 minutes the goes to hell. Every thing I perform takes 10-15 seconds with all the advertising loading they perform.
