Don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but this has been quite frustrating. I am continuously being charged an "additional fee for high item not described rate" in my return seller metrics, yet my rate is 0.87% and AVERAGE. I have spoken to customer support on several occasions and although they are able to confirm i do not have a high item not described rate, and are able to credit me for the charges no one seems to be able to fix my account so this stops happening. I have spent over 8 hours between documenting all these charges and chatting with or emailing customer support. They have opened IT support requests and more for this issue, and yet it doesn't seem to be able to be resolved. I really wish I knew what the best department at eBay was to help me, and that someone could fix this once and for all. Has this happened to anyone else? i can't be the only one whom account this is happening to, can I?
