That does not mean the buyer is not having a problem. It could be a issue with the device they are using or the browser they are using. It could also be a problem with the country they are in. Just to make sure message your buyers back letting them know others tested and had no issues and suggest they call ebay to report the issue they are having. If it is a known issue ebay may need to add them to the list of effected users. Problems are not always experienced by every user across the board. It could depend on what server they are accessing, location, devices, or browser. Clearly they do want the items and took the time to message so with a little follow up you could save the sell.
