[BUG?] "Codeless Coupon" Promotions Not Working

I am currently unable to create a working "Codeless Coupon".

When I create a "Codeless Coupon" promotion, then view the generated URL for the promotion, it currently shows a "We couldn't find the promotion you requested for" error message/page.

I've used Codeless Coupons before without  a problem.  I today tried 4 different attempts with different criteria, but all result in the same error.

The coupons are showing "active" in promotions manager.

Is anyone else having this issue? ...Or is everyone able to create working Codeless Coupons?

Any guidance or info appreciated!

Hi brian@ebay just a quick follow-up, the codeless coupons are still apparently "queueing" for 30+ minutes while the Promotions Status page incorrectly  shows them "active" (along with the weird "We couldn't find the promotion you requested for." error language).

I realize there are many bigger eBay problems than this, but clearly it's still causing confusion (and frustration) for some.

I setup up a codeless coupon 3 days ago, so I wouldn't have to worry about it on New Year's Eve.  My e-mail newletter is all setup to go out in  a few hours, and now I found out that the codeless coupon still hasn't "processed" even though it says "active".   This is unaccepatable.   Now I have to quickly go change the whole e-mail newsletter.

Update: Just after I posted my comment, the promotion finally showed up.

I experienced this today, "Start Immediately" Should be changed to "Start as Soon as available", Perhaps a message in our message section when this actually goes live? 

As an Application Developer in my other life, I am struggling to see how this is still an an on going issue.

Is the database overloaded?

Are you experience deadlocks?

Servers under performing and need to upgraded?

Bad Load Balancing?

In reality this should take no more than a minute or two to create the updates on the back end.

Do you have a place where we can track the bug fixes and on going issues?

I created a codeless coupon....tested it...but it doesnt work...

I tried IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari....it just doesnt figure the discounts in the shopping cart...

The only one that it worked on is Opera...but nobody really uses that browser...

And these were clean browsers...

One time on my wifes phone...it worked...but when i cleared the browser...the next time didnt work

Its too bad...because I would like to use this feature...

Hi Brian and everyone! Tried to create a code-less coupon not realizing there was a problem and found this thread. It still doesn't seem to be working properly and I just wanted to let y'all, and anyone needing that info know.....

If there is a fix or some news, an update would be so nice.

This issue still continues.
I created a coupon at Sep 29 to be applied from Oct 1, 12:00 a.m. but it is still not working.
I noticed it in a message from a customer received 4 hours ago.
It may be necessary to do something for the coupon processing to be executed.
(I was not checking preview, view, etc.)

Anyway, I hope for a quick improvement.

This is poor programming....

One good programmed never show to the end user stupid and confusing messages....

If the generating of the voucher is queued the message must be ...Please wait your voucher will be generated after bla bla bla minutes.

As usual useless platform....you can fix an issue 2 years....but don't worry sooner or later someone will take your business ...someone better than eBay
