I need a real phone number, nothing in the help sections answers my problem

Cannot enter any description in the big blank box where I give complete descriptions. Neither HTML or standard work. No place to upload photos either. Spent way too many hours trying to do it. Need a REAL PHONE NUMBER to talk with someone.

For issues creating listings, I see that phone phone support is available on a limited bases. No option to call directly, they call you. Current wait limited is 22min or there is a 1 min wait in chat. I'm EST

I sent paypal numerous emails over 4 weeks ago with problems and have never heard back to this day.Tried chatting  via papal,but they kept disconnecting  me before the problem was solved,so I gave up.

What social media format do you mean? I do don't do FB..is there another way to reach them where they actually respond??
