Automatic Listings Counting towards Promotions

Today I am seeing the weirdest thing when my posting are automatically relisted when the don't sell.  Those items are being relisted but are counting as a promotional listing.  Hence I went from 200 promotional listing down to 50 without relisting or posting new items.  Is anyone else having that same issue?  Any ideas on how to fix the issue and have them restored?

Ok, so that may be what happened to me!  I had about 25 of my monthlies and 150 of a 200 free listing offer open and then all of a sudden they both went to zero!  Might have been exactly the issue you are reporting.  Any solution out there?

an ebay blue says that there is a technical problem He says

"This is a confirmed technical issue: the 8 free relists for auctions should not be pulling from the 200 promo. 

I have added everyone who reported being impacted by this to the open ticket"

However, I don't know how you get added to the ticket maybe write to tyler?
