Authorize.net not processing

I process my ebay payments through authorize.net and received this message.

 

In support of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirement to remove support for version 1.0 & 1.1 of the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol, Authorize.Net will disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1 on February 28th, 2018. In order to avoid any interruption in transaction processing, please contact your payment solution provider and web hosting company to confirm that they fully support TLS 1.2 by February 28th, 2018. For more information, ask a Customer Service representative or see our TLS FAQs page at support.authorize.net.

 

Now, as of today, 3/1, my buyers have gotten errors that their payments are not going through.  Has this happened with anyone else today. I talked to authorize and they seem to think the TLS was not updated on ebay's end.

authorize.net never worked on the app. why that functionality was never written into the app, nobody knows.

 

on the app, only paypal or credit card through paypal (which is the same thing from the seller's perspective) works.

 

when buyers try to pay by authorize.net on the app, they get a misleading message telling them to pay on "our" website - most buyers misinterpret this to mean the seller's website rather than ebay's website - and then the questions and emails begin...

Same here. The app never worked for authorize.net payments.... I'm tired of telling buyers to use a computer or pay using the classic Ebay website and not the app.

I think mine has been corrected. I'm not totally sure. I hade 2 purchases and payments on Tuesday........The first had the dreaded multiple payments being made by the buyer because they received error messages. With the purchase item staying live and unsold......The second purchase went through but triggered filters it should'nt have........

its weird for me.
I use only authorize.net and about 30% of my sales get stuck in "awaiting payment"
the others go straight through to "awaiting shipment "

Same happening to us since we use authorize.net buyers emailing us every day that they cant buy usint mobile app. Our sales gone down . Paypal embedded the eBay app thats why authorize.net dont work. We called ebay many times but they alwqys told us they still fixit the issue . But its a month now still not fix. Lossing sales a lot cause of that 😭
