Auctions Ending With Bids But Showing UNSOLD!

Auctions ending today with bids are showing as UNSOLD!  Zero notifications, zero moved to awaiting payment, etc., etc. 

I give up.

This happened to us.  Ebay has us do the following, "Kindly go to your unsold Item and click on the title of the item click on Bids and once your on the Bid page refresh the page and the item will go to your sold ." and that worked and our buyer was notified.  Good luck!

I just tried going to the bid page and nothing happened. I still have 3 items that ended with bids that are showing up as unsold.  Any other suggestions? Thanks

Didn't work, but I appreciate the suggestion.  I see numerous sellers are blowing up the board with the same issue, so one would think eBay would at least reply saying they are aware of the issue and working to resolve.  That's asking a little much, I know.

Seems to have worked for me. I've now been able to send invoices for the 'missing' items. Just hope the buyers receive them!

Thank you. I just found an item in my unsold items that had a bid and should have been my sold items. I tried your tip and it worked.
