For months I've been able to crop photos in the Ebay app. Now ot just freaks out and doesn't allow me to. I have a galaxy s21 ultra and my wife has a galaxy S22 Ultra and she has the same issue.

Also the photos we do upload now appear severely pixelated as if something is wrong when we view them. When will ebay address these bugs? Thanks

i'm going to contitune to post here daily until we get a fix for this. seems like its only hurting samsung galaxy users. strange.

I am still having problems the image is not crisp has not been working for almost a week now i have deleted the app and installed 2 times still the same

I made a reply as i had the same issue randomly but i was able to fix, i went into the camera from my phone same phone as you s22 ultra and i just clicked on the picture size and changed it, unsure of what size i went from and to. but i did notice now in the app the entire screen used to be part of the pic or could shrink to 1/1 but when i changed it there was a small cutoff of the screen, so i think whatever i had as a default on my phone was making it not able to crop.

I just was able to find a fix by changing my camera aspect ration and worked fine. i have same s22 ultra. i went in from my camera and just changed what comes up automatically, i was changing a lot of stuff so not 100% sure what it was one. I have it on 4:3 now, its the 108mp option on s22 ultra. I have it on the 108mp option with 4:3 ration and fixed issue and again on the s22 ultra

Still having this issue!! I have over 120 items to list and no way to get them up. This is costing me thousand!

The only work around I've found that consistently works is taking the 1st picture that comes out low quality and grainy....finishing the listing and post it. I then have to restart my phone, go to ebay and then take pictures. They will load up clear and I'm able to crop the pictures. That only works to make 1 listing. So each listing I make I need to restart my phone. This makes no logical sense but it's what I have to do.

I HAVE REPORTED THIS ISSUE TO EBAY MULTIPLE TIMES SINCE MAY AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE!

I made a listing live with ebay rep on the phone showing the issue and now waiting for a reply from tech/it. Def not holding my breath!
