For months I've been able to crop photos in the Ebay app. Now ot just freaks out and doesn't allow me to. I have a galaxy s21 ultra and my wife has a galaxy S22 Ultra and she has the same issue.

Also the photos we do upload now appear severely pixelated as if something is wrong when we view them. When will ebay address these bugs? Thanks

Same thing here! I had an samsung update the other night and since then I have had issues. I have Uninstaled the ebay app and no change. So frustrating!

I reported this to eBay last week. Rep.mentioned eBay was aware of the problem. He stated was going to submit a ticket. As of today, still not fixed.

Still going on. Also have a Samsung ultra 22. Partners LG the images are fine, but not mine. Can't find a work around either. It's beyond frustrating.

eBay does not have a public number for incoming calls.

You can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.

If using the "Contact us" link takes you directly to the chat assistant window, you may have to enter some context dependent cues to get to the call back link.

I recently did the update of the app (which had been working like a dream prior) as I have to choose when I want to update; ultimately wish I hadn't.

I'm not the best picture taker at the best of times; but now my pictures are sqwonky, pixelated/blurry and the crop feature isn't working!

I got around this once by pressing the box with the arrows pointing out; then taking my pictures - on one item this then allowed me to crop the pictures I'd taken, but the rest didn't allow it.

When selecting the crop function a grey/blue box fills practically the whole picture - but does not allow "shrinkage" of said box to frame where you want the picture cropped. Not ideal.

Buyers will have to take a punt on my shady looking pictures... I hope they realise that they're waiting on eBay to assist with the fixing of this before they start to look a bit better.

Fingers crossed they're working on it and will get all their issues started soon!
