App not loading the sold listing

When we have an item sell, we use the phone with the eBay app to go out where our parts are to find the part that sold. App is for some reason, not loading the sold listings. So I can't even click on the item to see what it is. It will only load all the options for the sold item, ie leave feedback, cancel order, etc. I am having to go back in to my computer to be able to look at the picture/description of the items. Please help.

If you are using the eBay app, you should be able to see items you have purchased in your purchase history. Tap on the item image, then use the "see full description" link. You may have to tap the image more than once.

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system.

In rare cases, eBay may remove a listing for a policy violation; otherwise item listings should be viewable for up to ninety days from being sold or ending.

If that does not work, try using a browser instead.

No, that is just the thing. In the last week or so, the listing to see the item won't even show up. I kind of figured it out though, I logged into our account on our son's phone, which is newer than our "old" phone, and it said eBay has "updated the order details page".  So on his newer phone it worked just fine. So, I am assuming our phone is just "outdated" and we need a newer phone. Thank you for your reply!

What operating system version does your old phone use? You might be able to update to the latest version of the eBay app if it is new enough.

Otherwise you should be able to use a browser to go to ebay.com to view your purchased items.

We have had it for about 6+ years and it was a cheap phone, I believe it is Android 6.0, and it is not able to update past that, so we just decided to purchase a new phone. Thank you!

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system.

I was having the same issue.   THEN, I realized that my download did not come directly from ebay.com, even though it was listed as eBay in the ad.  So, I recommend downloading right from the link on the opening page of eBay.  Mine worked immediately when I used the actual eBay link.
