Anything I list since Friday night has no shipping options - "Will ship to United States"

Every single thing I've tried to list since Friday night is not putting shipping options on the item page.

This has been tested by multiple accounts viewing the item, it is not on my end.

Each item page says "Will ship to United States" (see attached image).

Please don't bother looking at my items trying to find this message because I have ended all listings with it, so it's futile to even bother looking.

I was on the phone with eBay for 3 hours earlier Sunday and there's still no resolution. I cannot list anything since there's no way to actually buy it. This is what is seen when I list anything regardless of category and shipping method:

If we can't see a listing, hard to offer any suggestions...........  Can you list one with high price........just so people can see.....it?    I see nothing wrong with your present listings........

Please give us an item number (or several) for listings that were affected by this. We have to be able to see the listings to be able to figure out what's wrong.

We can't find them by search because you ended them early, which means they won't show up in Completed Items search.

none of these were created by clicking "sell similar" - they were all done from scratch, which I think is worth noting as none of the settings were copied from a glitched ad.

Another glitch: If I add Parcel Select in addition to First Class then it says the shipping is "economy".

Thanks for sharing the item numbers.

I tried addresses in several different states for the first one, and it says that it can't ship to any of the states. Would you please post a screen shot of the shipping section for that listing, by starting to revise it, scroll down to the shipping section, and take a screenshot.

The second one does have shipping set up correctly. eBay normally only shows the least expensive shipping option, unless there's a big difference in shipping time, so I can only see the Parcel Select option on that listing. I believe that Parcel Select is considered to be economy. As far as I can see, this listing is working correctly, so please post a screenshot of this one as well.

I think we can probably figure out what's going on by comparing the two shipping sections.

If you only had First Class shipping on the first one, then there might be something wrong with the way you set it up.

FYI, the regular posters on this board don't work for eBay, so they're not "our" bugs. We are experienced eBay users, who like to try to help others out.

Thanks for the info on Parcel Select, I stand corrected. There's nothing unusual about the way shipping was applied to the listings nor are the weights and measurements out of spec.  I called eBay again and talked to someone from Trust & Safety who confirmed this is an issue some people are having and they just added the bug to their list as I was on the phone so hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

Yes, this is a known bug. Historically, we community members have a better track record at root-causing bugs like this than eBay's tech team does. They don't usually managed to resolve the issue until we tell them what is causing it.

If you post a screenshot of how you set up the shipping on one of the listings that has the issue, there's a good chance that someone here would be able to figure it out.

I just did 2 listings in bulk sell similar from my unsolds and clicked on PREVIEW to check the shipping price and my listing was not showing any shipping price or shipping options. I hit the back button and tried again and this time it was showing. so i launched it after a price adjustment. i have seen a few other live listings in the recent past from sellers and the listings did not show any shipping price or shipping options. this is a glitch.
