Hello,
I have 2 instances past 2 days where I have received a best offer and am unable to accept them, the message that I get is " There was an issue in Processing your request" not sure if this is a site issue or something else.
Error Screenshot attached with the message.
Any work around with it?
Pls tag hinting to people who you believe can help in case you aren't able to,

Unfortunately I cant help but a similar problem has been happening to me for several months. It happens in both safari & firefox - when i try to "review an offer" (or try to accept or counteroffer) it brings me to a blank page. It also happens on my iphone (in the app and/or in safari too) but instead of a blank page it brings me to a page that says "this listing is no longer available or has been removed" (even though the listing has not been removed (i checked and listing is still visible via search or when i check on my compuer)). It doesnt matter if I try and accept the offer or if I try to counter offer or decline. It doesnt matter if i access the offer from my email alert telling me about my offer, from the app, from ebay messages or directly from the seller hub page which shows "offers awaiting your response". I have spent hours trying over and over again to successfully accept offers (cleared cookies, used different devices, refresh, clear history ect) and have become very frustrated.
My kind-of workaround has been to set all my listings with best offers to auto accept a certain amount and auto decline an amount .01 less than the accept amount. This is pretty good, except it eliminates my ability to counteroffer an offer which is too low which might result in losing a sale. Another problem arises if a buyer submits a best offer with an attached message (even if the message just says "Thanks") because then the submitted offer requires manual review to accept even if it falls in the auto accept amount bracket.
I REALLY WISH EBAY WOULD JUST FIX THIS PROBLEM. IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS - NOT FAIR TO LET SELLERS ADD BEST OFFER TO LISTINGS AND THEN NOT HAVE A WORKING SYSTEM FOR SELLERS TO VIEW & RESPOND TO THEM. eBay - PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM.

Exactly the same thing has been happening to me, sooooo frustrating! I also tried many other avenues to get to respond to the offers to no avail. I have called Ebay on this matter and they say they have not heard of this problem, really?? If anyone figures out a way please post.

Problem has begun again, Not able to accept best offers again.

Sorry for the late reply unfortunately there is no intimation or notification coming via ebay on you receiving a reply to your post as well.
The issue as of today is still there and apart from the best offer not getting accepted certain links on the sites are not working as well like the the credit link on your seller account or report item link on any of the listing pages.
Presetting offers is already done but does not work 😞 I send offers to interested buyers with an option of auto sending offers on set price and allowing them for counter offer as well but under no circumstances I would be able to accept it 😞

So finally was it solved or it still exists? I have highlighted on technical forum ebay hinting various ebay team handles hope they reply soon and help resolve it 😞

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the application, below workaround was suggested for not receiving notifications of sold items and messages, might as well work on Best Offer. no harm trying.
