Just checked my Seller Level Forecast and it appears that it's going DOWN next month. I looked at the details, and it claims I've only uploaded 8% of my tracking info on time, which is SO not true. I offer 1-day handling time and usually have labels printed and ready to ship the SAME day. I've never had a single late shipment in 2+ years. Can't tell if this is just a glitch having to do with eBay's re-do of the shipping label situation, but it's definitely freaking me out. I do everything they ask to keep my Top Rated status, making every required change, even when it consistently hurts my bottom line.
Before I call to ask what's going on, I figured I'd ask here, in case it's just a glitch with the new shipping system.

My status isnt affected (yet). I would worry about having my listings hidden by the bots when it drops to those levels. I suspect its the new and improved seller punishment bots that they are implimenting and they are full of bugs. Just like all other new ebay programs. jmho

FWIW: Same here; now I'm the bane of eBay too, and sales have essentially halted. Yet another "improvement" to the "eBay experience" - LMAO!
No worries though, eBay has put out a 15% off coupon today.

Yep, I have the same issue, states 34 listing out of 379 with on time tracking 7.9%, Yikes. I called eBay customer service but it is a 18 minutes wait time. I am an eBay concierge member so I usually get called back within a minute, not today. Im guessing they are getting flooded with calls. If they are smart they would just send out a mass email letting everyone know they are aware of the issue and working on it, but what do I know, I only have a PhD in common sense!!! LOL

It is very interesting that only some sellers are affected. If it is a glitch should'nt everyone be affected. I wonder if this is another FU to the Top Rated Sellers who choose not to opt in to eBay's free return. Just wondering????

Yes this happened to me too. I called support and they assured me it was a glitch on their end and they are working to get it sorted out.
