There are no eBay techs here, only other users like yourself. No one here has access to your personal account information.

Have you tried signing in to your PayPal account to see if there are any details for that transaction? That charge would be consistent with an eBay purchase that was funded by a bank account connected to your PayPal account, but if you did not make such a purchase, you should try to get more details about it. Check your eBay Purchase History or possibly contact PayPal.

I did try to contact PayPal, as there is no activity on my account for 2020. There is no way to contact PayPal and that is why I am trying this route for help.
