Am I the only one ending up with plain text after confirming shipping an order?

Since a few days whenever I mark an order as shipped, instead of reloading the order page with it updated to "Shipped" I just get plain text that says something along the lines of "Status successfully changed to shipped" and I then need to go back and refresh the page.

The exact text I get is:

ack "SUCCESS"
message "Update Shipment operation success, but unable to load your browser page. Please press Back button of your web browser."

I've been getting it too whenever I mark something as despatched.

Same thing happened when I sent eBay tech support a message about a scam selling Fendi sneakers. The website is in a constant state of flux.

Been going on with me too for several days. Exact same error message, though at least the order is still marked "shipped" at that point. Have cleared cookies, made sure I'm using latest version of my browser (Microsoft Edge), etc. etc. Still getting the error message.

Same problem. And it's December 2025. Almost six months since the first message on this issue was posted here. Hey, eBay techs, are you asleep? 😉
