Does the buyer actually have an address that the post office delivers to?  Maybe you need to check with your buyer.

What are the package weight and dimensions @mr.sunshine ? Typically options are grayed out when the package exceeds what's allowable for the service. Or, as mentioned above, if there's an issue with the address (like a missing apartment number or something).
