Advanced Search issues

When attempting an "Advanced Search" I continually get the following error message:

This site can’t be reached

Check if there is a typo in srcore.vip.ebay.com.

• If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I've always done this type of search fhe past 20 years with no issues.

technical problems it is: of course status does not show such: that is not the only problem happening..

Help Desk said they recognize an issue and should have it resolved in 5 days.  I vehemently protested and criticized the Tech Department for not helping their sellers or buyers and taking their leisurely time resolving what appears to be a simple issue of a broken link.   Check again next week, i guess.

Amazing that we manage to sell anything. 5 days is unreasonable... it should be 8 hours or less.
