Adding Payment Method is not working

You can enter all payment details, then when you submit, nothing happens. This has been ongoing for a week now, unresolved.

Adding a credit card or debit card for purchases (checkout)?

Make sure you are entering all the required fields, and the expiration date is in the correct format.

Working for me using Firefox 108 at the moment. Try another browser, preferably the latest version of a popular browser with default settings and no add-ons enabled.

You should be able to add a new credit card to your account through this link:

https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list

Or else at checkout directly. If you have problems adding a card at checkout, try checking the box to save the card details (or uncheck the box if already checked); some users have better results one way or the other.

You can also try adding a card to your PayPal account and choose PayPal at checkout.

My issue with this is that my address didnt have a phone number attached.  I edited my address for the credit card, and added a phone number and everything worked.
