My issue with this is that my address didnt have a phone number
attached. I edited my address for the credit card, and added a phone
number and everything worked.
Im having the same issue. someone brand new to ebay bought something
from me and apparently other people. Its been a week, and im 2 days into
the non payer process. I keep seeing his rep go up. I look at his
feedback and all 5 positive 'reviews' say ...
