Canada post issues on postage

Starting to get the same issues as before their update. Sold an item with tracked post and now not showing in my options to print a label at the cost prommised. 

Called Ebay and only solution as usual is to go to another carrier which is no help.

Anyway not ebays fault but anyone else having this issue?
