Add Categories Page Broken

The page at Home > My eBay > Manage My Store > Store Categories seems to have issues. Maybe  a CSS or Stylesheet problem? The links on the page work but not the buttons and the page is formatted strangely. Tried it on different browsers (FF and Chrome) with same result.

I have been experiencing the same issue over the past 3 days.  Spoke to someone at eBay last night who was able to replicate the issue.  They opened a ticket.   I asked how will I know when it's fixed.  He said to just keep trying until it works.

About 15 minutes ago, I  noticed that when I open my store, many of my store categories are not showing up along with the items within the category.  When viewing in another browser I got different results.  I cleared cache, refreshed browser but categories are still missing.  This has to hurt my sales since many of my customers go thru the store to purchase items.

Looks like another call to eBay which I am sure will be a waste of time.

Hi @labs118 - thanks for the tag on this. There is a known issue currently being worked on to resolve this. While there is not a workaround at this time I've added all the members here who've mentioned being impacted to the open ticket and am hopeful to see a speedy resolution.

Ok thanks so much Tyler at least we are now 100% sure this got past CS and is reported.
Hoping for a speedy fix as well with the snowed in weekend ahead of me & others it would be a great weekend to work my ebay & for others to  be shopping !

It appears to be working.

Yup - Just tested it here also and appears to be working, though I didn't go all the way through to actually try and add a new category.

Confirmed the "Store Categories" page is loading properly, and that categories can now be created, edited, renamed as appropriate.

Now off to focus on cleaning up listings.
