Active items page in "MY eBay" painfully slow.

I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem.  The last couple of days, when I go into my active listings.  The page freezes, where the other pages in my eBay account don't?

OMG and thank you for asking that!!! To you tech folks looking at this for us: This is on the Seller Hub Active Listings page only that does not load correctly or VERY slowly. I've been having the issue for 5 days now and I use MS Edge as my browser. ANY help with this would be wonderful!!!

I have had same problem for at least 5 days or more. Doesn't load pics in active listings under my ebay seller hub. Never finishes loading page or pages in active listings. Hope ebay is working on it. Thanks for bringing it up.

Do you have the same slow loading pictures if you use another browser?

 

If not, try deleting your original browser's cache.

Oh my gosh .. yessss!!!!  It's driving me crazy.  Looking for a fix. Anybody have a solution? I did clear all cache and cookies.

Yes, this is why I came here. Glad to see its not just me with something on my end(browser, internet, E.T.C)

 

It started sometime towards the end of April. When it first stated it was just slow to load, it seems to get progressively worse from day to day, as after that first day I noticed the issue, it went to just freezing up for a good 30 seconds, then the following day the images slow to load, then the next day no images at all, and, now today it is just freezing up until I close the page out.

 

I thought for sure it was a "cache" issue, I have cleared it out twice now with no luck at all.

I cleared everything too and this problem just seems to be getting worse!!!

Slow as molasses not only on 'active listings' but also on 'manage all orders'  The page never fully loads and at the bottom of the page is an error message that 'eBay is not responding due to slow running script'.

Mine as well. Very slow. Active listing is only page doing it.

Yep, that's the exact same thing I've been getting for close to 10 days now. Looks like we aren't going to see any help for this in the near future. I did check it just a few minutes ago and it hasn't changed. : (

I have the same issues, just the first page loads the rest doesn't even open.

Yes, that was faster to load but it isn't any help for selling. If I do a listing and I finish, it takes me to the Actives Listings page, which is STILL taking forever to load and it takes me a lot of time to be able to get off of it. Sigh, just wish the problem could be addressed by tech since it's so frustrating. I'm hoping that by sending this, it will bring the question back to the top of the list. It's buried on page 2 now.

The main laptop I use for eBay, I use MS edge as my browser. My other laptop, I use Firefox and the page loads just fine. Unfortunately I'm not real tech savvy and had to have the Geek Squad change the browser to Firefox for me. It's a VERY old laptop, with Windows 7 and I don't feel it's real secure. I just use it for Netflix and mail only. Thanks for the thought but I'll just have to wait until an eBay tech looks into this for those of us that continue to have the problem. Until then, it's work arounds for me.
