Started on June 28th. I had about 500 Listings on my Overview page but if you click on my Store it shows 0 Items. If you search a particular item I have for sale, It doesn't show up in Search Results either. Called everyday from June 29th - July 4th and was told there was a bug in the system and would be fixed within 24 hours. Half of those days they opened and "expedited" ticket since it had been ongoing. On July 5th, I was told the bug was ongoing and would be 3-5 days before fixed with another "expedited" ticket opened. Still after the full 5 days......NOTHING. Called again on July 13th. Was told another 3-5 days and I would DEFINITELY receive an email from IT about the issue. Still NOTHING. My sales have dropped 75% in the 3 weeks that my items haven't shown up in search results. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing the same issue as they have told me there are MANY affected users. Tired of getting the run-around from useless Ebay customer service reps and nothing being done. Thinking about making a complete move from Ebay to Amazon.

I had similar issues a few days ago. Called eBay or used the chat to make them aware that I searched my items and they did not show up in the best match anywhere. Only if I click ending soonest are they found. They suggested adding fee related items to get seen as in 1 day listing or similar functions that create a fee. As if to say since we aren't charging you a fee we don't have to display your items.

Myself I've been in mp program fir a few months. Something else is driving the hidden auctions situation. I've not even looked recently but noticed my account I did notice it on now allows me to promote the listings which it didn't prior to contact with eBay chat (always say I need a real person to talk to a person vs a bot) the employees seem to recognize that something's seriously wrong but they have no control over it all.

Facebook is a horrible place to send anyone. Don't you read the news about them that comes out weekly?

There is no reason any seller should be sent to another site to contact ebay reps. There is a chat function that works great for most stuff and there are phone calls you can request that are even better.
