Active Ebay listings showing on Google as ended, no longer available, or out of stock

Hello! First time posting here. I'm having a big problem and do not know where to turn. For the past month and a half, i have noticed that the relist feature does not seem to be connecting to Google properly. When i relist my items monthly, those active items are showing on google as out of stock, ended, or no longer available. This is greatly affecting my business I believe, as sales have plummeted. It seems the link to the newly re listed item is not getting to google as it should, and used to. 

I have spoken with 3 Ebay representatives. No help. Does anyone have any idea what I should do? It's ruining my business. Seeing my absolutely active and for sale items showing on Google as not available is infuriating!

Interesting.  Are you using "Relist", or "Sell Similar"?

I have always used relist. Never had a problem. At the moment I am ending all my listings and using sell similar to re create them, in a desperate measure to try to help myself as no other help seems available for this issue. I have checked a few items that i did last night, and so far 3 of them are still showing as no longer available in a google search, and one of them is now showing my newly listed item as available, but also my old, now ended listing that it was showing before, still as a no longer available item.

Don't know anything about Google search.  I have read, here, many times that using "Sell Similar" will show your listing, as a new listing, which will help with eBay search.

Well thank you for taking the time to reply to me. I'm hoping that using sell similar instead of relist helps my issue, as these items that are showing no longer available on google, show that they ended on the day that i relisted them.

I lead the performance marketing team at eBay and am responsible for listing that are sent to Google and made available for external search. Your post was flagged and sent to me to see what could be done to resolve the issue you are encountering. Based on your description it sounds as though there is some disconnect between your listings and our data pipeline to Google. If an item is fixed priced and in stock and meets our advertising standards then an item should be eligible to show up on Google without messaging that indicates an item is out of stock, ended or no longer available.

I will forward the details of your post to the lead who manages our inventory feed process. It would be helpful to provide a little more details to trace the source of a potential problem. Would you share a specific Item ID and screen shot on Google so we can more easily trace the issue.

Hello and thank you for replying to me. I have a case number for this issue, and I have uploaded photos that show the problem to the EBay Rep who was helping me on the phone. If it’s alright for me to post that Case number here in this thread, I will. Then I think you would have access to the photos and all other information regarding the problem.

Hello Gregg, I do hope you see this, as the issue has begun happening again. When my listings are close to ending ( after almost 30 days) I now end them myself and choose the sell similar feature instead of the re list feature. I had hoped this would help to solve my issue. I have begun to notice that again, my active listings are showing up on Google as ended, or no longer available. If you could please look into this or let me know what I should do, thank you.
