Active Bids Only Shows “Offers” (no items bid on) until multiple refreshes

iPhone 15, iOS 17.3.1, Safari Browser: EBay website in tab, logged into site, click “Bids & Offers” 

Bids & Offers only has items and listings which are “Offer Declined” or “Offer Expired” until several refreshes reveal other items and listings 

This is a bug, and has been a bug for several versions. Fix the bug. Meaning, on my end, after you read this, I should over a short given period notice that it suddenly functions normally.

This is a bug that needs to be corrected. There are some other posts on this issue .  I use a desktop with Edge browser and when I go to My Ebay the bids area are intermittently missing, and intermittently when I go to bids/offers it says I am not bidding on any items.

This is a bug that potentially effects both buyers and sellers.

It has been almost 1 month, the problem today was worse than when I first reported this. eBay wants bugs over customers? Or does eBay want customers over bugs?
