1st issue... Action button in My eBay Shipping labels isn't a button in order to choose "void shipping label. I have to void a shipping label because when I created a label yesterday and corrected the weight I didn't notice it went from USPS first class to USPS media mail.

that to me is a 2nd IT issue... upping the weight from first class should never default to media mail. it should default to priority.

There may be a limit to voiding labels after a day has passed, though.

This is happening to me on Desktop as well. It is happening on multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave). Cleared cookies, disabled all my extensions and it makes no difference. Tried on multiple computers and the page is still broken.

I needed to print another label and luckily I just used the link in my email, but either way it's completely broken if I needed to void a shipping label or do any other action on the page.

Even the links to tracking cannot be clicked. All on multiple computers in multiple browsers so it's definitely a problem with ebay.

I had to call eBay and they did a work ticket for this problem, which as of today, 11/6 still isn't fixed. The person I talked to found the same issue. After creating a work ticket she transferred me and the guy voided my label for me. 🙂 super quick resolution on my refund. but still can't void a label if something is done wrong in the future.

Suppose to have 5 days to void a shipping label. It doesn’t work even if I try to void one within minutes of creating a label. I had an item to ship yesterday and out of curiosity I went to see if I could void that label, nope! The 1st gal I talked to made it sound like this was a major issue and it should get resolved quickly.
