Our shipping policy is set to 1 day handling. Ebays system is treating our sales like they are supposed to be shipped same day. 75% of all of our sales are receiving a defect for supposedly not uploading tracking on time. However, we are uploading it within one business day, and you can see it in the defect report, 1 day handling, but same day due date for tracking. We have contacted ebay multiple times over several months now, but it is not resolved. SR# 1-467034075451 and 1-468244050885. This is urgent, as our account now has over 100 defects, lost our top rated grace period and will likely result in permanent suspension if we dont get HELP!

Have you checked your cut off times and days for shipping? I dont ship Saturday and Sunday and had it show up as if I did.
Do your wait for the item to be scanned at the PO?

I have 4 shipping policies, they are all set for 1 business day handling. You can see on the attached screenshot of my defect report, that handling time is 1 day, but the due date for tracking is same day as purchases. I really appreciate your suggestion, but this is on ebay's end, and their technical support are the only ones who can fix this.

Also, I have contacted ebay seller support multiple times over the last 4 months, they claim that they are escalating the problem to an "offline team", and we have patiently waited for resolution, but we just lost top rated that we have held for several years now, due to more than 90 FALSE defects which are being caused by this bug. We need EBAY to help us ASAP as our 20 year old account is being systematically destroyed by this, and it is on EBAY's end, not ours.

Have you looked at your "shipping setting"?
eBay is not here and only work M-F.
I have policies too but they pull from your settings.
I cant say about a bug but I am here daily and this is the only report I have seen. Usually if there is a site issue there are multiple reports.
IF you only want eBay personnel to help you might try the eBay for business FB page and send a private message.

I am only posting here because I have tried every other way I can find to get attention from ebay on this. I have gone through my shipping settings and policies. I can find nothing that would explain why the ebay defect report shows a same day due date for tracking uploaded, while simultaneously showing 1 day for handling. Also, none of these defects are appealable through the website, they dont show up at all!

Is it that 'Tracking Uploaded' is lesser than 'Tracking Scanned'?? Do you get scans the same day that you upload?

Something odd @desertscooters is your affected listings don't show a handling time on the shipping tab. That typically happens only with auctions, not fixed price listings.
For example, this listing you got hit with a defect, there is no handling time on the shipping tab: 134034577311
While this listing, your most recent sale, clearly shows 1 biz day handling: 133987627920
As far as I can see they both offer free standard shipping, but that doesn't mean you don't have different biz policies assigned as biz policies can be duplicated. Can you check those 2 listings and see if you assigned different biz policies to those listings? (Are you using business policies?)

You can see in the column to the right where it shows "first scan". OP is getting scans same day as tracking upload. This isn't a scan issue i dont think. It literally shows "handle by" date same as paid date so its not giving 1 day handling that it claims to give.

Thanks for taking a look ! I have multiple business policies, they are all set to 1 day handling. We haven't used auctions for several years on any products. Here is a screenshot from item 134034577311 showing that it is set to 1 day handling:

Are you willing to run a test @desertscooters ?
Change the shipping policy assigned to that listing. Save changes. The listing is currently active but out of stock so it won't affect your sales to temporarily change the policy. I'd like to see if we can get the handling time to appear on the shipping tab.
Are all the problem listings using the policy shown in your screenshot?
Are listings you didn't get defects for using the policy shown in your screenshot?
