Account on hold pending adding account information - can't get money paid out from my ebay account

Is anyone else having problems saying acccount on hold, need to add account details, then try and add, but just buffers and says taking too long, check internet? I sold something 2 days ago and can't get my money.  Chatted with ebay who said other sellers having same problem and to just keep trying as was being looked into,

You sold 2 days ago? eBay holds funds for up to 30 days on new or infrequent sellers.

This may or may not be the problem but….you are currently on eBay.com USA. Log out then…

Try doing what you need to do on eBay.co.uk see if that helps.

Your payouts will still be on hold though.

If you just sold it two days ago, you have plenty of time to get it worked out before the hold is released.

It's an issue that's been going on for at least a week that ebay appears to be ignoring
