Promoted Listings using a dynamic ad rate are displaying higher than the suggested ad rate.

Woke up to dynamic ad rates displaying rates that are significantly higher than I have ever experienced. When I click to edit the campaign, the daily suggested ad rates display significantly lower. This is happening for several Promoted Listings. Really?

It is happening on practically all promoted Listings in a dynamic campaign. After 11 listings I have just ended it. Unintentional or not, this is actual theft.

Update: After ending the dynamic ad campaign and creating a new one, the dynamic rates are now matching the daily suggested ad rates.
