Account Suspended Without Clear Reason – Requesting Guidance and Review

Hello,

My name is Muqaddas Fatima and I am reaching out regarding the recent suspension of my eBay account under the username Buyshire-ltd. I wanted to share my situation here in the community in the hope of receiving some guidance and clarity, as this has been a very discouraging experience for me as a new business seller.

When I first registered my account, I listed only three to four items. There were no sales made, no outstanding balances, and no violations of policy that I am aware of. The account was created under my limited company, in which I am a 50% shareholder, and all the required details were provided correctly at the time of registration. Despite this, my account was restricted soon after, and then permanently suspended.

The suspension notice I received stated that the decision was made due to “recent account activity.” Unfortunately, this was never explained further, and I have not been given a clear reason that I can understand. I do have receipts for the products I listed, and I have been transparent in the setup and operation of the account. For a legitimate business in its very early stages, being suspended without a proper explanation feels deeply unfair and damaging.

I truly value eBay as a marketplace and I want the opportunity to contribute to the community as a seller. I am committed to following eBay’s policies, and all I ask for is a fair chance to prove the legitimacy of my business. I hope that by raising this matter here, someone may be able to provide guidance on how I can move forward, or at least help me understand why this suspension occurred despite full compliance on my part.

eBay isn’t going to give you an explanation. You won’t get the account back. And considering not only have you posted this twice about two different company names, but at least one other account has done the same about 5 or more accounts, so I don’t even believe you. What is your purpose in posting here?

I don't know what happened in your case but clear reasons are purposely not always given to maintain a safe and security environment.   It could relate to a past account of yours or possibly an account associated with your internet connection.

@baydigi-0   u rec'd many clear answers on your 9/27 post, repetitive posts here in the community will not 'force' eBay to change what they deemed appropriate with your situation,

we cannot give you or any other suspended accounts the magic pill u or they want

The recent account activity eBay is referring to is more than likely because you keep opening new accounts after your other accounts have been suspended. 
Creating new accounts to circumvent a suspension is not allowed. Continue with this practice and you will find yourself permanently banned.

You are not contacting eBay staff here. We are other users who answer questions.  We can't see your other accounts to even have a clue as to what eBay is unhappy with.   Had you ever accessed  that account from another users computer?  That can get accounts linked and if the other got into trouble yours can get closed too. Opening new accounts while your suspended can also lead to a lifetime ban.
