I would like to request that eBay adds a rule about selling stating that if the product is under 5 years old, you are unable to sell it for under MSRP, this rule does not apply to a general bank as for example: Pokemon cards. Selling packs of Pokemon that are over 5 years old is allowed to have prices higher than it's original MSRP but a recent series of pokemon cannot be sold for higher than MSRP, however individual cards can be sold at the sellers desired price.
This would discourage scalpers from buying up stock and reselling them for a profit, and if the product is over 5 years of age, then you most likely cannot buy it anymore unless it's something very generic.
The best way this system can work is through a reporting system where you can input a price, a link to a reputable distributor of said product and the year the product was released to the public for an eBay employee to flag the type of product being scalped, and a automated system can use the year and an idea of the product to determine before the product is listed if it is being sold from a scalper.
Known scalper accounts will also get a shadowban so if people bypass the listing detection they will not show up to anyone.

I don't think eBay is going to hire more employees to flag anything.
