This morning I received 2 messages done through the eBay message system. A little lower then the minimum I set but acceptable.
My eBay store is registered on eBay.com. The eBay Messages I get in My Outlook are always partially translated to Dutch. The message I receive has an option to make the potential buyer a personal offer, see here:
When I click on "Reageren met Voorstel", I'm directed to the eBay.nl message system, where there is no option within the message to make the buyer that personal offer. When I double check on eBay.com messages, there is also no option. Looking into the made offers on the actual listing, the buyer has NOT tried 4 times so I should still be able to make that personal offer.
I also checked the eBay app messages; no option to make the buyer a personal offer.
Can eBay please look into this so I can make these interested buyers, who take the time so send a message, a personal offer?
