Accepting buyers offers and nothing happens

I have accepted several offers form buyers and then there are no orders awaiting payment !!! The buyers aren't getting any messages that the offer was accepted and the original offer on my end won't let me resend it because it says it's already been done. What give??? How many sales have been lost because of this?

Right, nothing happens until the buyer pays.

Until it's paid for, anyone can still buy the item.

I understand that however the buyer isn't getting the offer and it's not even pending in awaiting payments. I contacted the buyer directly and she never received a message that I accepted the offer and it's not showing on her end either

The buyer should have received some sort of notice -- such as a counteroffer notice at the same price as the offer.

In any event, the buyer should be able to pay the offer amount directly through the item listing.

I'm having the same issue, but it shows on the buyer side that I accepted it but nothing on my side. It doesn't even show that I sold anything even though I accepted the offer. I give FREE SHIPPING for anyone buying 2 or more items. The buyer want's his free shipping, but I can't give him a updated invoice because ONCE AGAIN, it doesn't show that I sold anything. 

Anyone else having this problem, or is it just this old guy 🙂

I've been selling on Ebay for more then 20 years and nothing like this has ever happened.
