eBay authentication listing for shoes glitch / issues

As the title states, every-time I try to list a pair of shoes through the authentication guarantee program.. it shows up in the listing and when I list it it shows I’ll get a free label for FedEx from eBay once sold.

But when I view the listing it shows “ask seller for shipping quote” and doesn’t show the authentication guarantee.

I believe there is another glitch / technical issue happening with this. I’ve tried to list multiple different shoes but once the listing is live it doesn’t show any shipping options or authentication guarantee.

All of my current shoe listings are fine but I can’t list anymore shoes with the authentication guarantee due to a glitch it seems. It shows it when listing but when the listing is live it is not there.

I'm having the same issue and chat support confirmed that they're aware and working on it. It looks like your listing above now shows the authenticity guarantee - did you find a workaround?

I literally just kept listing and ending the listings… eventually one went through but right after no more would list properly. Waited another few hours then kept trying and eventually got the 2 main ones listed that I wanted. 

I’d recommend just trying like 3-4 times listing and ending if not working then try again in a few hours.

Also can try, once you list it and it’s glitching, revise it and that might push the authentication guarantee through. That worked for me on one and the other just randomly worked one time.

Same thing is happening to me with handbags. It shows in the preview but when I list it it's gone. I keep ending and relisting thinking that will work too but it doesn't.
