I am not able to accept a buyer counteroffer

@belt280  - pls provide more info - what do you see when you try to accept - is there an error message, or it just doesn't work at all?

Are you using the app, or a PC?

I'm having the same issue.  Called eBay 3 times over the last 3 months and they assure me the accepted counteroffers are being sent but nothing happens.  Item remains as an active listing.  So frustrating and I am losing sales over this unresolved glitch.

Item remains active until paid for by the buyer. 

That way, if another buyer comes along and pays before the accepted offer, that buyer gets it.
