ACCESS DENIED

A few months ago I purchased on ebay a couple of WIFi power units and was advised a week or so later that the items had shipped and the delivery was scheduled for ~Nov 20 to Dec 7.

I patiently waited until Dec 25 since int'l shipments can take a while - but thought today I should msg the seller and let them know I haven't yet rec'd the goods.

But when I tried to do this I got msg back from ebay that the vendor had been suspended - so I proceeded to put in a report with ebay requesting a refund - but the response to doing this was:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/help/action" on this server.

Not sure why I got this unhelpful response and hope someone can help me out...

I see you are registered in Canada; try going through the resolution center on the Canadian site: ebay.ca

Appreciate the reply ebur tonlab - I tried ebay.ca and was able to get a telephone # and pass cod e and talked with an ebay agent who was very helpful - she raised a refund request and after 3 biz days they will automatically refund my money!
Terrific - and thanks again for pointing me in the right direction...

And good on ebay for fully standing behind their services!

Three days later and this still hasn't been fixed.  I'm not in Canada so can't do the ebay.ca workaround and am trying to escalate a request to get eBay to step in and am getting Access Denied as well.  Now what?
