ACCOUNT BANNED

I had an account with this same email, i even recieved an email saying my account was banned due to some money owed , which is confusing i've never used ebay i had just purchased some crocs lucky i took a picture of the order number but when i search the order number up it doesn't appear , can anyone help will i still get the product i ordered ?

Sounds a bit iffy. Unless you're absolutely sure it's an email from ebay, don't click on any links in that email. Even then best not to.

You have an account that was banned? If you did, don't be surprised if this account also gets permanently banned. You are not allowed per eBay policy to create new accounts to circumvent suspensions or other policy consequences.
