4/27/22 -ATTN: TECH - STORE - TOP RATED ISSUE: MISSING TOP RATED DISCOUNTS / DOUBLE CHARGES

Attn Tech / Bill / Performance team:

I am a top rated seller. I have not received top rated seller discounts on my sells since top rated. Top rated status not visible to buyers.  Top Rated Count of # of Sales incorrect.

I sold a item for example buy paid $26.70 - I received a payout of $16.63

I have exhausted my resources which is why I am posting this.  Additionally, I am paying for a store.

Shipping charges are deducted immediately from funds pending/available unless no funds available, taken from my bank account. Regardless if buyer pays for shipping. 

I want monies owed from over charges and/or discounts owed as top rated.

You need to offer free returns in most categories to get the TRS+ seal and the discount.  Some categories require only 14 day free returns, including jewelry and most collectibles.
