The 'shopping cart' icon in the top right shows 2 unpaid items, however whenever I check the cart, nothing is there. I think it may have been caused by the "add to cart" feature messing up. This has been an ongoing issue for several weeks now.
Apparently this glitch has was common back in 2015, Ebay fixed it, and now it's back.
