I just replied to an email from customerhelp@ebay.com and received two emails in return. The first thanked me for the email and said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. The second email said the following.

It then listed the completed header information.
A search of this forum showed some posts on this subject that indicated that customerhelp@ebay.com is a good address that would receive replies but that a reference number was needed on the subject line. Since I hit reply, the email I sent had the same subject line as the original, complete with a reference number, prefaced with a "Re:" so that should not be the problem.
Is it possible the mailbox actually is full? If so, how long does it normally stay full? I hesitate to try sending the mesage again in case it did go through and I would just be duplicating emails.

Just got the same message trying to write to customerhelp@ebay.com.
Have to upload a document within 4 days to keep a case of "item not received" open.
Unbelievable.
