Hi,

 

I've found out recently that many of my customers can't see my listings in my store. Even tho I have over 3000 listings, when viewing my store (http://stores.ebay.ca/Hibouquine) it says "0 results found in all categories" for SOME users.

 

I've tested myself on 3 different computers (each using 3 different browsers) and 1 computer view the correct number of products while one always see "0 results" on all browsers, and the last one see the correct number on one browser and none on the other browser.

 

I already tried clearing the history and the cache on all computers, and I tried logging on a friend eBay account on 2 computers, on one of them he sees the listings and on the other he doesn't.

 

Has this happened to anyone, or does that make sense to any of you ?

You are on the US board..........we can't see your items because you don't ship to the US......at least according to one of your sold listings.

 

So probably be better to ask the question on the Canadian Board..........

Hi,

 

I am having this same problem in my store - "0" results.  Tried everything, even two hours on the phone with Ebay.  I was wondering if you ever got the problem resolved.  I notice if I look at my store from Canada Ebay, I see my listings, just not from the US.

OP's one sold item that shows up for me DOES ship to the US via Canada Post Letter.

But even when I change my location to Canada, ZERO listings show up in his/her store OR in search. Something is seriously not right.

You are in Hawaii. Looks like the HATA bug. Switch to zip 90210 and look at your store.

OP, how many results should there be in your store?

What is an item number of one of your currently listed items?

(nothing shows up in search or in your store except the 1 sold listing no matter what I tried - I'm in California)

His sold listing does show shipping to the US.........  checking items from his feedback shows, lol, in RED Does NOT Ship to US.  I don't think I've seen that red before.

 

Changing my location to Canada, I can not get a "list of current items" or the store to show his current items or his sold items (except the one).

 

I still suggest the op post on the Canadian board as there may be nuances there of which we may not be aware.  His listings are in French and I don't believe I've seen a Canadian listing in that before or the Canadian shipping may be screwed up in a way that I can't see since I'm not familiar with it.

Unless you are actually located in Hawaii, Alaska, a US Territory or a US Armed Forces Post Office location, you are likely having a different problem than the posters in this thread.

 

You are a new seller registered in Sri Lanka, and the only item of yours that I can see in the US was shipping from China/Taiwan/Hong Kong until you ended the item as "no longer available".

 

If you have current items that have been listed for more than 24 hours, post an item number. You may have trouble seeing your items if you do not provide a shipping method for your current location.
