will ebay block my account if i charge back?

i purchased an item for over $2000 and the seller sent me low quality i then returned it and the seller refunded me only 700 our of 2200 i paid.

ebay took the seller side saying i returned an item that is not the same, i want to contact my bank and charge back, but i am worried my ebay account will be suspended. 
i also sell on ebay and dont want to lose this account 

will that happen?

Admitting to using shady matters to screw over this seller on a public forum on eBay...you may be the one to pay the price.  If the refund amount was approved by eBay, then why do you think you have the right for more?  

You just made your way on to my very special list, and probably other sellers as well.
